The current and ongoing global health crisis has had an unfavorable impact to the logistics of mail and parcel delivery services worldwide.
**Delay of deliveries should be anticipated.**

Transit and delivery delays should be expected/ anticipated due to limited air and sea freight transport. Looxi Beauty will not be responsible for any expected or unexpected delays of transit. We have experienced delays upwards of 2 months at the onset of the global health crisis.
Tracking status updates may be limited during time of transit. Status may show little to no progress in movement during this time. This is normal under the current global situation.
An option for insuring your order will be available at checkout. While insurance is not required, it is strongly recommended.
* International customers who utilize a 3rd party shipping service are exempt from these terms, and should follow terms & conditions of their shipping service.
