Shipping Policy

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

 We currently ship within the US, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We also ship directly to Canada. 

*Effective March 10, 2021- we no longer ship direct to any other international countries except Canada. If you would like to place an order, please use a 3rd party shipping service(with a U.S. address) to complete your purchase. Please review terms and conditions below prior to placing your order.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time 

Orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Business days are Monday- Friday, weekends and holidays are excluded. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Multiple orders cannot be combined.

 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

**Processing times and delivery/ transit times are separate time frames.**

 Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 Looxi Beauty ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

 Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24- 48 hours.

 Customs, Duties and Taxes

 Looxi Beauty is not responsible for any customs, VAT, Duty, and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

 Looxi Beauty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Purchase of insurance from your 3rd party shipping service is recommended. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier/ provider to file a claim.

 Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

Refund/ Return Policy

EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2021

RETURNS
Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on cosmetic purchases. All sales are final.

CANCELLATION of order(s) must be made within 24 hours of purchase for full refund. 

DAMAGED ITEM(S) 
Item(s) that arrive damaged are eligible for refund or store credit only. Store credit will be issued in the form of a redeemable voucher code.

MISSING ITEM(S) 
Orders received that are missing item(s) due to error are eligible for:

A) Store credit in the form of a voucher code for missing item(s). *Applies to ALL international orders.

or

B) Item(s) will be replaced and shipped within 3-5 business days.

**Does not apply to refunded or out of stock item(s).

THIRD PARTY SHIPPING:

Customers who utilize the services of a third party shipping service are to adhere to policy terms and conditions set by their service provider. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items after the third party service has shipped your parcel.

Looxi Beauty is not responsible for customs requirements or charges added by your country. Most countries charge VAT/Duty for purchases outside of the country. Packages that are refused because the customer does not pay VAT/Duty are not eligible for a full refund.

*** Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customs regulations and guidelines restrict certain items and articles from entering other countries. Make sure the items you would like to purchase are legal/ allowable prior to ordering. *Products purchased from Looxi Beauty and shipped internationally are valid for store credit, in the form of a voucher code, if damaged in transit.
